All Watches Eleven Co. watches are covered by our international 2 year limited manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the watch in the event of a faulty product. If the purchased watch model is no longer available then we will replace the watch with an equivalent model.

Warranty does not cover;

  • General wear and tear to any area of the watch or strap
  • Any damage to the watch strap
  • Batteries
  • Scratches to any area of the watch
  • Any damage resulting from misuse or mistreatment

Warranty is void in event that the watch case is opened or dismantled, case back is removed and original seal broken. Warranty is void in the event of any unauthorised modifications or repairs. The original purchase invoice is required as proof of purchase to make a warranty claim. Making a warranty claim does not extend the original warranty period; warranty is only valid from the original purchase date.

If the faulty product is being returned within Australia, Watches Eleven Co. will provide pre-paid postage services to facilitate the return of the product. For international returns the customer is advised to use a postage service with tracking as Watches Eleven Co. is not responsible for any lost items. For international returns, Watches Eleven Co. will reimburse the cost of shipping up to a value of $30 AUD onto your original form of payment or PayPal account.
